Pacific Imperial Announces Resignation of Director

Vancouver, British Columbia – March 7, 2025 – Pacific Imperial Mines Inc. (TSX.V: PPM) (“Pacific Imperial” or the

“Company”) announces tha t Roman Shklanka has resigned as a director and Chairman of the Board of the Company,

effective immediately. The Company thanks Mr. Shklanka for his many years as a member of the board of directors of the

Company. Mr. Shklanka has provided invaluable guidance and direction to the Company with his renowned geologic and

business expertise. Roman will continue to support the company as a technical advisor to the Board of the Directors.

Chris McLeod the current CEO and Director of the Company will replace Roman as the Chairman of the Board.
