Red Hut Metals Amends Warrant Terms

Vancouver, British Columbia – Red Hut Metals Inc. (the “Company”) will be making application to the TSX Venture Exchange to amend the terms of 1,400,000 outstanding warrants expiring on December 15, 2013.

The Company proposes to extend the expiry of the outstanding warrants by one year to December 15, 2014, and to amend the exercise price of the warrants from $0.10 to $0.06.

There are no insiders holding any of the outstanding warrants proposed to be amended.
