SILVER PURSUIT ANNOUNCES PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Silver Pursuit Resources Ltd. (the “Company”) announces an offering of up to 2,000,000 units at a price of $0.10 per unit for an aggregate amount of up to $200,000. Each unit consists of one common share of the Company and one share purchase warrant for the purchase of one further common share of the Company, exercisable for a period of two (2) years at a price of $0.16 per common share.

The foregoing transaction is subject to approval of the TSX Venture Exchange. The maximum allowable finder’s fee shall be paid in cash, shares or warrants in accordance with the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.
