CANTEX ANNOUNCES CHANGE IN CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER & SECRETARY
Kelowna, Canada – 25th October, 2013 – Cantex Mine Development Corp. (CD : TSXV) (“Cantex” or the “Company”) announces that Chris Sammartino is stepping down as the Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of the Company to pursue other opportunities. The Company wishes to thank Mr. Sammartino for his service and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
As a replacement for Mr. Sammartino, the Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Jennifer Irons, C.A. Ms. Irons is a graduate of the University of Alberta and obtained her C.A. designation in 2006. Prior to joining the Company she worked for a Kelowna based accounting firm where she served both individual and corporate clients.
