CAVAN ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF MS. SEUNG OH AS CFO
June 26th, 2015, VANCOUVER, B.C. – CAVAN VENTURES INC. (TSX VENTURE: CVN) ("Cavan" or the "Company") announces David Cross has resigned from his position as Chief Financial Officer and will be replaced by Ms. Seung Oh. Additionally Andrew Mah has resigned from the Company’s board of directors for personal reasons.
Ms. Oh, currently on the Cavan board of directors, is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia, with over eight years of experience in Canadian and U.S. public corporations. She received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Simon Fraser University in 2006. From 2007 to 2010, Ms. Oh worked with Manning Elliott LLP in the Assurance Department primarily focused on mining companies listed on North American stock exchanges and is currently providing accounting and tax services to various Canadian public and private corporations through Seung Oh Ltd. Ms. Oh is also currently serving on the advisory board as a foreign accounting and taxation policy department for the Korean Taxation Association.
