SILVER PURSUIT ANNOUNCES PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Silver Pursuit Resources Ltd. (the “Company”) announces an offering of 4,000,000 units at a price of $0.05 per unit for an aggregate amount of up to $200,000. Each unit consists of one common share of the Company and one share purchase warrant for the purchase of one further common share of the Company, exercisable for a period of two years at a price of $0.08 per common share.

The Company may pay finder’s fees in connection with the Financing in cash and warrants.
