(the “Company”) (TSXV: ABD) today announces that Mike Linehan has resigned as a CEO of the Company effective January 21, 2010 and Bill Boni has resigned as COF of the Company effective January 21, 2010. The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Gordon J. Herdman as CFO and David G. Nelson as CEO, both effective January 21, 2010.
