NOTICE OF CHANGE OF ANNUAL GENERAL & SPECIAL MEETING LOCATION

(WIF: TSX-V) ("Windfire"), Clive Massey, President of Windfire, announces that the location of the Annual General & Special Meeting of Shareholders to be held on July 19, 2011 has been changed from Suite 2000 - 1177 West Hastings Street in Vancouver, British Columbia to Suite 2300, 125 - 9th Avenue SE, Calgary, Alberta T2G 0P6. Shareholders have the option to attend either the Vancouver, British Columbia location at 2:00 pm (Vancouver Time) or the Calgary, Alberta location at 3:00 pm (Calgary Time).
