OCEAN PARK ENTERS FINANCIAL ADVISORY SERVICES AGREEMENT

January 22, 2010 - Ocean Park Ventures Corp. (the “Company”) - (NEX Board of TSX-V: OCP.H) announced today that it has entered into a financial services and advisory agreement with Axemen Resource Capital Ltd. ("Axemen") pursuant to which Axemen has agreed to provide general financial advisory services with respect to the Company's strategic direction and corporate development.

The Company has also appointed Wan Jung to the position of Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Jung is a Certified General Accountant with over 30 years experience. He was the former Director of Finance for NIKE Canada Ltd., and also serves as a director and senior officer of several public companies, and is a member of the Certified General Accountants of British Columbia. Mr. Jung replaces Robert Chisholm, who has resigned from the position of Chief Financial Officer but remains a director of the Company.

The Company also announces it has agreed to grant options to purchase an aggregate of 1,525,000 common shares to certain directors, officers and a consultant of the Company. The options can be exercised at 81 cents per common share for a period of five years from the date of the grant.
