Rock Tech’s Board Appoints Afzaal Pirzada as Interim CEO; Accepts Eunho Lee’s Resignation

Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, October 9, 2012 – Rock Tech Lithium Inc. (TSX-Venture: RCK; Frankfurt: RJIA; Pink Sheets: RCKTF) (the “Company” or “Rock Tech”) announced today that its Board of Directors has appointed Afzaal Pirzada, P.Geo, Vice President of Exploration, as Interim CEO effective immediately. Mr. Pirzada’s appointment follows the Board’s acceptance of Eunho Lee’s resignation as President, CEO and director of the Company. Mr. Pirzada will also maintain his current responsibilities as VP of Exploration until a permanent CEO has been selected.

Afzaal Pirzada stated that, “on behalf of the Company and its Board of Directors, we would like to thank Mr. Lee for his service as President, CEO and Director.”
