CREST RESOURCES INC. APPOINTS DIRECTOR

Vancouver, B.C. – October 21, 2019 ‐ Crest Resources Inc . (CSE: CRES) (the “Company”) is pleased to

announce that Mr. Jason K. McLaughlin, P.Geo. has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the

Company.

Mr. McLaughlin is a professional geologist with over 20 years of field-based geological practice in mineral

exploration ranging from grass -roots prospecting to resource definition and product ion with a focus on

copper and gold . He works as an exploration manager and has a depth of experience as a mining-

exploration executive and director throughout North America and overseas. Mr. McLaughlin holds a

Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of British Columbia and is a registered member of the

Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia.
