Killdeer Appoints Dhillon as President and CEO

Vancouver, BC, December 1, 2015 – Killdeer Minerals Inc. – KMI.H: TSX-V (“Killdeer” or the “Company”) announces that it has appointed Saf Dhillon as its President and Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Mr. Dhillon replaces Stan Szary, who is stepping down from his position as an officer of the Company to focus his attention on other ventures. Mr. Szary will remain on the board of directors of the Company, and the Company thanks him for his service as an officer over the years.

The Company also announces that, subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange, it will grant 800,000 share purchase options to certain directors, officers and consultants of the Company. The options vest immediately, and are exercisable at a price of $0.20 per share for a period of three years.
