Killdeer Announces Appointment of New CFO

Vancouver –July 13, 2011 – Killdeer Minerals Inc. – KMI: TSX.V (“Killdeer” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Scott Davis, CGA, as the Company’s CFO. Mr. Davis replaces Mr. Larry Johnson as the CFO.

Mr. Stan Szary, President, stated that, “The Company is happy it has been able to attract Mr. Davis, to the position of Chief Financial Officer of the Company.” Mr. Davis is a founding partner of Cross Davis & Company LLP, Certified General Accountants and brings broad experience in senior management positions, including three years at Appleby as an Assistant Financial Controller. Prior to that, he spent two years at Davidson & Company LLP Chartered Accountants as an Auditor, five years with Pacific Opportunity Capital Ltd. as an Accounting Manager and two years at Jacobson Soda and Hosak, Chartered Accountants. We look forward to his contributions to the Killdeer Minerals team, as we continue our exploration activities.
