CANAMERA APPOINTS BRAD BRODEUR AS CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

August 5, 2025 – Vancouver, British Columbia – Canamera Energy Metals Corp. (the “ Company”)

(CSE: EMET) announces that Brad Brodeur has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer and

President of the Company and has joined the board of directors. Mr. Brodeur fills the vacancy

created by Anthony Paterson who has resigned as Chief Executive Officer to focus on other

commitments. Mr. Paterson will remain with the Company as a director.

Brad Brodeur brings over twenty-seven years of extensive capital markets experience, specializing

in venture-stage companies. Throughout his distinguished career, he has established a robust

network of clients, providing comprehensive financial planning and insurance advisory services. His

expertise in fundraising has led to the successful procurement of over $100 million in capital,

significantly supporting the growth and development of numerous junior and start-up enterprises.

Mr. Brodeur’s professional experience includes eighteen years with Raymond James Ltd., four years

at Canaccord Genuity, and five years with Edward Jones, where he consistently demonstrated

strategic insight and leadership. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, awarded with distinction,

from the University of Alberta (1992), and maintains a Professional Financial Planning designation.

The Company also clarifies that Stephanie Cook has not been appointed as an officer of the

Company. Jelena Veljovic was appointed as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of the

Company.
