MEDARO MINING APPOINTS SHAUN MANN AS DIRECTOR

April 16, 2021 – Vancouver, B.C. – Medaro Mining Corp. (CSE: MEDA) (“Medaro” or the “Company”) is

pleased to announce the appointment of Shaun Mann as a director of the Company. Mr. Mann will be

replacing Uranbileg Yondon, who has stepped down as a director. Medaro would like to thank Ms. Yondon

for her contributions to the Company and wishes her the best in her future endeavors.

Mr. Mann is a seasoned mining professional, with a background in mining and oil and gas. Currently, Mr.

Mann leads the North American reporting function at one of the world’s largest gold mining companies.

Mr. Mann previously held senior roles in the controllership at Goldcorp and Newmont and was involved

in the $ 10 billion merger of the two companies. Mr. Mann has also held senior roles in the supply and

trading function of Canada’s largest oil and gas producer (Suncor), successfully transacting over $8 billion

in US trading books.

Mr. Mann is a Chartered Professional Accountant and holds a Bachelors in Business Administration, with

a major in accounting and a minor in economics.
