Doubleview Capital Corp. (TSX-V: DBV) Announces Resignation of Officer / Director

Doubleview Capital Corp. (“Doubleview”) (TSX-V: DBV) announces that Neil MacDonald has resigned as Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Director of Doubleview to pursue other interests. To fill the vacancy caused by Mr. MacDonald’s resignation, Doubleview’s board of directors has appointed Robert Hall as Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Doubleview. Mr. Hall is currently a member of Doubleview’s board of directors. Doubleview thanks Mr. MacDonald for his services as an executive officer and serving as a member of Doubleview’s board of directors since the companies inception.
