PBX ANNOUNCES GRANT OF OPTIONS

VANCOUVER, B.C. – International PBX Ventures Ltd. (the”Company” or “PBX”) today announces that pursuant to its Stock Option Plan, approved by the TSX Venture Exchange (the “Exchange”) the Company will be granting 800,000 stock options to a Director, for a term of three years, at an exercise price of $0.38 per common share.
