TORONTO, CANADA – May 2, 2011 – Centerra Gold Inc. (TSX: CG) will hold its 2011 annual and special meeting of shareholders on Thursday, June 23, 2011 at the Esso Theatre, Hockey Hall of Fame, Toronto, Ontario.
