LUCKY MINERALS ANNOUNCES CHANGE IN CEO AND APPOINTMENT OF NEW CFO

Vancouver, B.C. June 26, 2017 – Lucky Minerals Inc. (TSX.V: LJ) (the "Company") announces that it has accepted the resignation of Mr. Sonny Janda as Chief Executive Officer and President of the Company and has appointed Mr. Robert Rosner as Interim Chief Executive Officer and President in his stead. Mr. Janda will remain as a Director of the Company.

Mr. Rosner previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer and has resigned from that position. Mr. Steven Cozine has been appointed to the position of Chief Financial Officer.

Mr. Rosner has over 30 years of experience creating, financing and building companies, from initial concept to market buildout. He is proficient with all aspects of Canadian and U.S. securities rules and regulations, and has extensive experience in private and public company management, including mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, and reverse takeovers. His public company experience includes the mining and oil and gas resource sectors, intellectual property management, and software development, as well as high tech and commercial goods. He has held appointments as officer and/or director of numerous public companies, serving in reporting compliance, oversight and fiduciary capacities, as well as directing corporate activities.

Mr. Cozine has over 25 years of experience in venture capital markets as an officer and director of publicly listed companies in the mining, industrial and high-tech sectors.
