of Directors.
Mr. Hartley is a partner with Dale Matheson Carr-Hi lton LaBonte LLP, Chartered Professional
Accountants, which has been his principal occupation for over the last five years. Mr. Hartley is a
Chartered Professional Accountant and a Chartered A ccountant. He holds B.Com (Honours)
degree in accounting from the University of Johanne sburg. Mr. Hartley has held numerous
positions as CFO, director and president with listed companies.
