Uranium Standard Welcomes Jonathan Jackson to the B Oard of Directors
Vancouver, British Columbia November 2, 2015 – Uranium Standard Resources Ltd. (TSX-V: USR; OTCQB: USTDF) is pleased to announce the appointment of Jonathan Jackson to the Board of Directors.
Mr. Jackson is the Chief Financial Officer of The Feldman Group, a private group of entertainment and investment companies. He has over 20 years of experience in senior financial roles in the technology and manufacturing sectors. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Saskatchewan, a Chartered Professional Accountant designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia and the ICD designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors. He also serves as a director for The Kettle, a Vancouver based not for profit organization that supports people with mental illness to lead healthier lives.
The Company would also like to accept the resignation of Peter Born from the Board of Directors and thank him for his contributions. The Board of Directors is now comprised of Arni Johannson, Michael Williams, and Jonathan Jackson.
