ISS Proxy Advisory Services Recommends shareholders Vote 'FOR' all resolutions at the 30 November 2010 Annual Meeting of Central Iron Ore Limited shareholders
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA – (Marketwire – November 23, 2010), Central Iron Ore Ltd (CIO - TSX.V) (“the Company”) is pleased to announce that Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS), a leading independent proxy advisory firm, recommends that Central Iron Ore Limited shareholders vote "FOR" items for all resolutions at the Annual Meeting of Shareholders to be held on 30 November, 2010:
