COPPER CREEK APPOINTS CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA – May 18, 2017 – Copper Creek Gold Corp. (“Copper Creek” or the “Company”; TSX-V: CPV) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Kurt Bordian as Chief Financial Officer, effective May 15, 2017.
Mr. Bordian has extensive corporate and accounting experience and has held senior level position for several public mining companies. He is a Certified General Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) Degree from the University of Manitoba. Currently Chief Financial Officer of Canyon Copper Corp. since 2006, he has served as a director or officer on a number of companies, including: Chief Financial Officer of Alpha Minerals Inc. from November 2006 to December 2013; director of Thor Explorations Ltd. from September 2009 to June 2016; director of Calypso Uranium Corp. from April 2006 to May 2013; Controller of Silver Pursuit Ventures Ltd. from 2003 to 2014; Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and director of Black Tusk Minerals Inc. from August 2005 to September 2008; Chief Financial Officer of Gold Point Energy Corp. from April 2008 to June 2009.
