Precision Announces Amendment to News Release regarding $900,000 Financing

(TSXV: PSC.H) (the "Company") announces that warrants, to be issued on connection with the private placement of up to 6,000,000 Units announced in the Company’s News Release disseminated earlier today, will be exercisable for a period of one year from the date of issuance, in accordance with NEX Policies, not two years as previously announced.
