Rover Metals takes advantage of COVID 19 extended filing deadlines for its continuous disclosure requirements
Vancouver, British Columbia – (April 28, 2020) – Rover Metals Corp. (TSXV: ROVR) (OTCQB: ROVMF) (“Rover Metals” or the “Company”) will be relying on the 45-day extension permitted in BCI 51-515 blanket relief. The Company will be applying the 45 day extension to its filing deadline for its annual audited financial statements and management discussion and analysis for the year ended December 31, 2019 (originally due to be filed on April 29, 2020). It is anticipated that the Company’s annual audited financial statements and management discussion and analysis for the year ended December 31, 2019 will be filed on or before May 13, 2020 as the Company will be holding its annual general meeting on May 14, 2020.
The Company will also be relying on the 45-day extension permitted in BCI 51-515 blanket relief to extend its filing deadline for its March 31, 2020 interim financial statements and management discussion and analysis (originally due to be filed on June 1, 2020).
