Northern Gold Announces Results of Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders

TORONTO,   ONTARIO   December   20,   2013   –   NORTHERN   GOLD   MINING   INC.   (TSX-­‐V:   NGM)  (“Northern  Gold”  or  the  “Company”)  is  pleased  to  report  that  at  the  annual  and special  meeting  of  shareholders  (the  “Meeting”)  held  on  December  19,  2013,  all  resolutions proposed  to  shareholders  were  duly  passed,  including  the  re-­‐election  of  Nuno  Brandolini, Patrick  Culhane,  Eric  Moeller  and  Martin  Shefsky  as  Directors  of  the  Company.

Mr.   Stephen   McIntyre   did   not   stand   for   re-­‐election.   The   Board   of   Directors   and Management  would  like  to  thank  Mr.  McIntyre  for  his  valuable  contributions  to  Northern Gold  and  wish  him  every  success  in  his  future  endeavours.
