Company’s listing transferred to NEX

Vancouver, BC – February 4, 2010 PACIFIC IMPERIAL MINES INC. (“The Company”) wishes to announce that it has had its TSX Venture Exchange listing transferred to NEX effective February 1, 2010.

The Company reports that it has been working with the B.C. Securities Commission and expects to soon meet the requirements for the lifting of the cease trade order issued against the Company.
