Scorpio Gold Reports Results of Annual & Special Meeting

Vancouver, June 26, 2014 - Scorpio Gold Corporation (“Scorpio Gold” or the “Company”) (TSX-V: SGN) reports the election of Peter Brieger and the re-election of Peter J. Hawley, Brian Lock, Luc Pelchat, David W. Smalley and Andrew Lee Smith as directors of the Company at the Company`s annual and special meeting of shareholders held on June 25, 2014.

At the meeting, the Company`s shareholders also approved the renewal of the Company`s stock option plan, as set out in the Company`s management information circular dated May 21, 2014.
