APPOINTMENT OF NEW DIRECTOR

Vancouver, BC, May 1, 2015 – North American Potash Developments Inc. (the “Company”) (TSX- V: NPD) announces the appointment of Mr. Craig Walker to the board of directors. Mr. Walker has many years of collective experience in the financing and capital investment including raising capital for venture companies. Mr. Walker currently serves as a director of a number of other junior resource companies.

Mr. Walker replaces Ms. Selma Sierra who has resigned as a director of the Company. The Company would like to thank Ms. Sierra for serving on the board and wishes her all the best in the future.
