STEM 7 CAPITAL APPONITS MANJI AS CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER.

June 2, 2014 – Vancouver, BC – STEM 7 Capital Inc. (formerly Canada Gold Corp., TSX.V: CI, Frankfurt: T9NB, OTC-BB: CNGZF) (the “Company”) announces that Mr. Faisal Manji, CGA, has been appointed Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of Stem 7 Capital Inc. Mr. Manji’s recent experience has been as a Comptroller for a number of Vancouver based, private and public, junior exploration resource companies. Previously, Mr. Manji was in private practice with a focus on taxation accounting.

Ms. Kelsey Chin has resigned as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of the Company, effective immediately to concentrate on her other endeavors. The Company thanks Kelsey for her support and contributions over the years and wishes her all the success in the future.
