EEE EXPLORATION CORP. ISSUES SHARES PURSUANT TO
PROPERTY OPTION AGREEMENT
Vancouver, B.C. – July 16, 2021 – EEE EXPLORATION CORP. (“EEE” or the “Company ”) is
pleased to announce that it has issued 100,000 Class A common shares pursuant to the Company’s property
option agreement dated February 22, 2021 under which the Company has the option to acquire a 100%
interest in and to the NW Abitibi Project, comprised of 63 mineral claims totaling 1,323 hectares located
in Ontario. The shares are subject to a four month hold period that will expire November 17, 2021.
