Vancouver, British Columbia: Superior Mining International Corporation, (the “Company”) advises that on December 9, 2014, the Company’s shares were suspended from trading as a result of a Cease Trade Order issued by the British Columbia Securities Commission.

The Company further advises that on November 27, 2014, Marion McGrath tendered her resignation as corporate secretary of the Company and on December 17, 2014, Robert Vidoni was appointed in her stead.
