Rio Silver Announces Management Change
February 28, 2019: Toronto, Canada - Rio Silver Inc. (TSX.V: RYO) (“Rio Silver” or the “Company”) announces that the Company has appointed Mr. Christopher Verrico as President and CEO of the Company, replacing Mr. Jeffrey Reeder.
Mr. Verrico was appointed to the Company’s Board of Directors in September 2018. He has over 30 years of experience in the mining industry, has been active in Peru and has been a director of approximately one dozen resource companies through his career.
The Company wishes to thank Mr. Reeder for his years of dedicated service to Rio Silver. Mr. Reeder will continue to serve as a Board Member.
